Checking Baggage:

*New FAA guidelines require that passengers be limited to one carry-on bag plus one personal item, such as a purse, briefcase, or laptop. There will be increased passenger and baggage security screenings. To reduce the length of time spent in the screening process, you are encouraged to minimize baggage to the extent possible.

*NOTE: In some locations curbside check-in for luggage may be available.

*When using an E-ticket you may check your luggage at/or near the E-ticketing kiosk for domestic flights. In some locations the E-ticket machines may also be used for international if an attendant is stationed there.

*Baggage may be checked at the airport no more than four hours within flight time for U.S. domestic flights and six hours for international flights. Exception: Ticket office or other off-airport location baggage check-in is not permitted.

*Baggage check-in must be completed 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Shuttle passengers must complete baggage check-in 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.

*Charges for excess baggage may be incurred if you have more than two pieces of baggage, or if one or more of your bags exceeds the weight or size restrictions. Contact your Airline or ask us for more detials.

*Do not pack wrapped gifts in either checked or carry-on items. Passengers transporting gifts as part of their checked or carry-on baggage, should leave them unwrapped until after the flight. Unidentifiable wrapped items will be thoroughly searched.

*Take your computer out of its' carrying case and place through security.

*If you check your pet as baggage, the dimensions of your pets kennel may have a limit. The kennel must be a USDA-approved shipping kennel large enough to allow your pet to stand upright and turn around. Kennels approved for airline transportation can be purchased at many pet supply or larger discount stores or find a kennel here.
Giant-size kennels may have to be shipped as air cargo.
Additional restrictions apply according to aircraft and class of service.
