*All passengers' 18 years of age and over are required to bring positive identification for check-in. If traveling to a location requiring a passport, the name on your ticket must match the name on your passport exactly. Please keep your passport and other travel documents on your person or in your carry-on bag at all times.
*In addition to your photo ID, bring one of the following documents to go through the security checkpoint:
* electronic ticket itinerary/receipt (E-ticket),
* printed itinerary,
* travel agency itinerary,
* itinerary card,
* boarding document,
* paper ticket for same-day travel, or
* boarding card.
If you do not have any of the documents listed above, you must go to the ticket counter.
E-tickets:
Information on the Itinerary Receipt is used for the issuance of your Boarding Pass.
When an E-ticket is issued for travel on domestic flights check-in may be done in one of two ways.
1. Go to the check-in counter in the same manor as when using paper tickets and present your Itinerary Receipt.
2. In some locations a special check-in service will be available. It includes the use of a machine that looks like a cash machine, called a kiosk. By inserting a credit card into the kiosk and following the instructions on the screen, your boarding pass will be issued. Your credit card is used for Identification only, and there will be no charge attached. Also, you may check your luggage at/or near the E-ticketing kiosk.
When an E-ticket is issued for travel on international flights. It is advisable to go to the standard check-in counters, as your Passport will need to be checked. In some locations the E-ticket machines may also be used for international travel if an attendant is stationed there.
